# Step 1 — Email VuSpex Your Administrators

**Step 1** **Request Admin Access from VuSpex Support**
Before setting up your contractor company, you must have your administrator accounts configured by VuSpex. Complete all three tasks below:

1. Determine the email addresses of your Admins.
2. Ensure each Admin creates a VuSpex Contractor Account at [prod.vuspex.com/vue/dist/login](https://prod.vuspex.com/vue/dist/login).
3. Create a support ticket requesting the users be set as Admins — email [support@vuspex.com](mailto:support@vuspex.com) with the account information.
**Note: Do not proceed to Step 2 until VuSpex support confirms that your** administrator accounts have been configured.

# Step 2 — Setting Up Your Business Entity Name

After VuSpex confirms your admin setup is complete, follow these steps to create your company name and associate your contractors.

**Step 2.1** **Log In to the Admin Portal**
Wait for VuSpex to confirm that configuration is complete. Then, using one of your Admin accounts, sign in to the VuSpex contractor web portal at:

**Step 2.2** **Click on "Contractors"**
After signing in, click on the Contractors tab.

**Step 2.3** **Create a Company Name**
On the Contractors page, click the + Create company name button. If no company has been set up yet, the page will show "Company name doesn't exist."

**Step 2.4** **Enter Your Company Name**
A dialog box will appear. Enter your company name in the text field, then click Create.

**Step 2.5** **Associate Contractors with Your Company**
Now link your contractors to your company. Each contractor must already have a VuSpex account. You can also associate additional Admins here if you have more than one. Click the + Associate Contractor button.

**Step 2.6** **Enter Contractor Details**
A dialog box will appear asking for the contractor's account information. You must provide both:
- The email address they used when signing up for VuSpex
- The phone number they used when signing up for VuSpex
Click Associate to complete the link. Repeat this process for each contractor. This step can also be done at any future time when new contractors join.

# Step 3 — Viewing Contractor Scheduling Activity

**Step 3**

## View Schedule Requests (Past Requests)
Once configured, you can review both Offline Field Reports and Schedule Requests submitted by all your contractors. Availability of each feature depends on your jurisdiction's settings — each jurisdiction may enable one, both, or neither.

To view scheduling activity, click Past Requests. Each inspection request row shows the contractor's first and last name in the last line, surrounded by brackets (for example: \[ATEST1 **ATEST1\]).**

# Step 4 — Viewing Contractor Offline Field Reports

**Step 4** **View Offline Field Reports (Administration)**
To view Offline Field Reports submitted by your contractors, click the **Administration tab. Then set the date range to** filter reports within a specific window of time. Each report entry shows:
- **Name and description of the report**
- **Initiator — the contractor's name**
- **Phone number on record**

## Date started and submission status

## Event history — timestamps for when the report was initiated, locked, sent, and sent successfully

## Tip: Use the date range selector to narrow down the window of time when reviewing OFR submissions. This is especially useful when managing a large number of contractors.
