We invented virtual inspections

VuSpex was founded in 2011 in Northern California by Dane Demicell, the owner of a construction company who pioneered the concept of virtual inspections to eliminate the need for contractors to wait around for hours for the inspector to perform simple inspections.

Since our inception, VuSpex has consistently led the industry by providing a powerful platform that provides simple, detailed reports and integrates with popular land management software packages.

For example, VuSpex was the first company to launch an App for building departments to perform virtual inspections (2012). As well, VuSpex has 4 issued patents covering virtual inspections with two additional pending review by the USPTO.
